The page then tells me to click on:

On the resulting instruction page, I clicked on:
>>Right Click To Download The Ebook

I downloaded the ebook successfully, never was asked for a username or password.
I opened the ebook on my computer and everything is working.

Try the process again, as I have done myself above.
There doesn't seem to be any problem.

Perhaps, you may have accidentally clicked on a link that says:
"Click Here if you have already downloaded Big Yellow."
If you did that, you would see a link at the top of the page saying, "Members Login".
